Offering individual sessions catered to you

Our offerings are designed knowing that each individual is unique- your body, your story is unlike any other. While we carry the same principles and practices throughout, our goal is to meet your body's needs and to help you create new patterns of movement to carry you through life. Whether you are dealing with physical pain, anxiety or depression, past trauma, or you want to increase your bodily awareness, prevent injury, and grow in your physical capacity, we are here to journey with you.

Each session runs about 50 minutes, in person at our studio (online sessions available upon request). Because the nature of our work is helping you create new movement patterns and practices, we offer six-week packages to help you develop these principles. Somatics for Functional Movement
Individual Sessions

This somatic approach works with the neuromuscular system to help you gain understanding of your current muscle tension (usually showing itself as pain) and movement patterns. Specific yet gentle movements release tension and guide you to discover more easeful pathways for movement. This process brings a sense of calm and safety to the nervous system, thus allowing it to promote rest and healing from physical pain. You will gain new movement patterns that create more ease, manage pain, improve posture and mobility, enhance quality of life and your longevity of physical health. Somatics for Mental Health
Individual Sessions

Using a trauma-informed movement approach these sessions help you to gain bodily awareness, regulate the nervous system (sensing and gaining control of the body’s response to anxiety, stress, etc) and heal inner-child wounds through expression and creativity. You will be led through exercises that intentionally focus and sharpen awareness to the body and its senses, as well as gain tools to bring a sense of safety to your nervous system. Self discovery and healing come when the body is allowed to move, shake, open or express in a safe way. Sessions are accessible and catered to your individual pace and comfort level. Gentle Mothering

Individual Sessions

Rediscover your purpose in mind, body and soul. Wherever you are in your journey of motherhood (pregnancy, postpartum or raising children), we offer these sessions to support you in your physical and emotional well-being. Gain strength and confidence in your core, posture and daily movement activities as you work with Mikaela and be empowered in your role as a mother as you learn to regulate your nervous system and learn self compassion with Mackenzie. These sessions teach you how to find comfort and strength in your body, and give you a safe space to move and process your unique journey through motherhood.

Somatic Movement Classes
Classes Mondays and Wednesdays 9am (10/21-11/20)

Experience a range of somatic experiences for your body, mind and soul. Classes are small and intimate.
